How far in advance should I make my reservation? You should make your reservations as soon as possible. Our equipment is very popular and sometimes are booked weeks in advance.
Will I have to pay a delivery charge? Bounce House delivery is free within our local areas. If you are ordering tables, chairs, tents without an inflatable then a delivery charge does apply.
How much room is needed? This all depends on item.
How many children fit in the bounce house? Only compatible age groups and size shall play in the unit at the same time. The maximum number is as follows:
Under 8 years old (8), 9-12 years old (5), & Teens (3)
Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses? Yes. Delivery includes coming to the specified location, setting up the equipment, go over safety rules, collect balance (cash on delivery). We will come & pick up the equipment at time/date scheduled. Note: You MUST be present at time of delivery.
Can I pick the time that you deliver and pick-up? Yes, you decide on the specific rental time and we'll try to schedule it as close to that as possible.
What do I need to provide? All units must be within 80 feet of an electrical outlet. Some units may require 20 amp. Wet units require water hook-up & hose. Water hook-up CAN NOT come straight from the well.
What if I need a generator? We have generators available when needed. There will be a $40 charge on all generators.
How long does it take to set up? It takes about 15-30 minutes for dry inflatable and 15-60 minutes for wet inflatables.
What are my responsibilities as the renter? A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the equipment is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also enforce these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment.
What if it is rainy or windy? Aviant Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. Refund will NOT be issued in the event the equipment is not used after it is delivered for any reason. If it does rain during your rental period. Exit the ride, but leave it in operation. You can reenter the ride after it has completely dried. To speed up this process an adult can dry the ride with a towel. Absolutely, under no circumstances should riders enter the ride if the winds exceed 20 MPH, the unit must be exited and then deflated.
Customer is responsible for getting any permission/permits if required. We will assist you in any way possible, but these clearances do remain the responsibility of the renter. If tent is being set up on grass/dirt with stakes we must be notified of any underground water, electrical or sewage lines. Tents set up on concrete or asphalt with water barrel installation requires water access to fill up barrels.
Unless previous arrangements were made you are responsible to set up all tables and chairs. After your event you're responsible to fold all tables and chairs and place them neatly under cover to await our pick up.
No Drinks/food what so ever allowed on the dance floor. It must be kept dry at all times. Do not allow anyone on dance floor if it gets wet. No smoking or dragging anything across dance floor. We are not responsible for any accidents, injury, illness, or loss. Please remind everyone using dance floor to take safety precautions.
Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.
If a rental item is lost, not returned, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement charge of 3 times the rental rate will be charged to the lessee. This charge will be in ADDITION to the rental charge. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure our rental linens are appropriately protected when using Candles, Chocolate Fountain, and other items that can cause permanent staining to linens resulting in damage charges being assessed. You are held responsible for linens returned with excessive amounts of food attached to them, candle wax, paint, handwriting from ink pens or markers, etc., burns, mildew, rips/tears, and excessive "ground in" dirt.
